The relevant personnel receive a voice or text message describing the situation. Once the call is accepted, no additional alerts are needed. If the person is unavailable, Nerve Centre automatically contacts the next person until a complete surgical team is assembled. This ensures no time is wasted, allowing the patient to receive the necessary care as quickly as possible.
