Call for ice control

Nerve Centre can be used to call upon employees for ice control. During the winter months, employees of the organization responsible for ice control closely monitor weather reports. When snow is approaching and salting is necessary (this could happen in the middle of the night or early in the morning), Nerve Centre allows a group of people to be summoned. A voice message is sent with instructions on when salting should begin. The employees who are called upon can confirm the message, and the coordinator can see on the computer exactly which employee has confirmed. This significantly improves the organization's efficiency and reduces the costs of ice control.
